Photographer for many years who became re-energised after acquiring a digital camera. Capturing light is how I see it. I look around me all the time hoping to see and capture that special light, shadow or composition.
The play of light and shadow, the juxtaposition of colours, textures and shapes are the things that bewitch me. Nature is a huge inspiration, from the grandest and broadest landscapes to the minute detail in a macro, from the light in the sky to shadows on a person's face.
I hope that I capture some of these things in my work.
